As Tenant Service Coordinator (TSC) you are the #2 administrative position on the property management team supporting the Property Manager and Engineering Team. You will largely have responsibility for contract management and accounting responsibilities of the property management team. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for tenants by serving as a first level of escalation for any customer service or building related issues.
- Manage reception, assist in answering the phone, managing the Angus work order system, issuing tenant access cards, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Acts as the primary proactive and problem escalation contact for a designated roster of tenants, ensuring that building services are always exceeding their expectations and that building management is ahead of any potential issues.
- Participates in the oversight of all contractors performing building services
- Invoices: Review invoices for accuracy, research, and prepare for approval and entry into the AP system for payment.
- Maintain a property purchase order log for purchasing of all building supplies and materials.
- Prepare and run rent statements in accordance with property practices and procedures. Work with Property Accountant & Property Manager in closing out billable work orders and entering billings into tenant ledger.
- Follow-up with tenants on outstanding rents, sending notices and ensure proper booking of rent payments.
- Maintains the building’s service matrix and tracks the status of contracts and invoices for services.
- Assists the Property Manager in bidding contracted services for the building including the scope of work, walk-through’s, bid analysis, and attending vendor meetings.
- Coordinate service for new and expiring tenants including tenant orientation, signage, move-in and move-out checklists, freight elevator reservations, and mover scheduling, etc.
- Assist in inspecting tenant space, common areas, base building areas and grounds to ensure high level of maintenance and interfaces with internal staff and vendors to maintain the highest possible standards.
- Participates in the budget preparation process including obtaining proposals for services, compiling financial information, writing narratives, and making recommendations based upon tenant feedback.
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Commercial Property Management
- Interest in pursuing RPA, LEED, and Real Estate Broker professional designations.
- Working knowledge and understanding of lease terms, operating costs, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented.

Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in St. Louis Park, Minnesota is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour with a 5% bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
