The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with managing a downtown Minneapolis asset and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the property’s management agreement. The Assistant Property Manager will support the property manager with the budget development, preparation of monthly operating reports and client deliverables, tenant billings, collection of rent, processing of property payables, lease abstracting and administration.

NTH Real Estate

This position will work on the NTH real estate team to provide direct client service including market research, financial analysis, negotiations, and other client services. The position will report directly to a real estate principal.
