As Tenant Service Coordinator (TSC) you are the #2 administrative position on the property management team supporting the Property Manager and Engineering Team. You will largely have responsibility for contract management and accounting responsibilities of the property management team. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for tenants by serving as a first level of escalation for any customer service or building related issues.

The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, this position will monitor building system operations and performance. The Assistant Chief Engineer will utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed and well-maintained property. This includes but is not limited to, placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, and on increasing the value of the property being managed, in coordination and conjunction with the Owner’s goals and objectives.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with managing a downtown Minneapolis asset and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the property’s management agreement. The Assistant Property Manager will support the property manager with the budget development, preparation of monthly operating reports and client deliverables, tenant billings, collection of rent, processing of property payables, lease abstracting and administration.

The Operating Engineer conducts extensive hand-on operations and maintenance work in a data center and/or critical environment facility. Work includes installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of a facility. Monitors operations and conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance.
