On-Site - Full Time - Minneapolis

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis! This role will be stationary supporting a Class A office tower, adjoining retail mall and parking ramp in the downtown area. Our Maintenance Engineers are responsible for executing and complete preventative maintenance, demand repairs, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures as required to the satisfaction of tenant and building owners.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with managing a downtown Minneapolis asset and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the property’s management agreement. The Assistant Property Manager will support the property manager with the budget development, preparation of monthly operating reports and client deliverables, tenant billings, collection of rent, processing of property payables, lease abstracting and administration.

The Operating Engineer conducts extensive hand-on operations and maintenance work in a data center and/or critical environment facility. Work includes installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of a facility. Monitors operations and conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
