As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Schafer Richardson

The Property Manager oversees property operations for an assigned portfolio in order to support investment plans and operating expenses as well as achieve NOI growth and maximize cash flow. In addition, the Property Manager will investigate, plan, organize, manage and execute the activities of the assigned portfolio through utilization of resources to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction in representing the Schafer Richardson real estate service brand.

The Property Administrator works together with the Property Manager(s) to manage a property or group of properties in accordance with the terms of the property’s management agreement. In addition, the Property Administrator must demonstrate regular use of discretion, judgement, and problem solving while delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction in representing the Schafer Richardson real estate service brand.

The Building Engineer is responsible for completing work orders, grounds maintenance, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, electrical and completing maintenance on buildings as needed. The Building Engineer will perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. The Building Engineer will also monitor the building operations and performance.
