Description
The BOMA New Professionals (BNP) program is designed to accelerate the careers of emerging professionals in commercial real estate. Through focused education and peer-based networking in an approachable setting, BNP equips participants with practical insights and industry fluency. Students hear directly from seasoned industry leaders on a wide range of CRE topics, gaining knowledge and networks they can immediately apply on the job. The program not only boosts individual confidence and expertise, but also strengthens performance and impact within their companies.
Attendance Policy - Students may not miss more than 3 courses

October 1st - Construction Management Process
November 5th - Leasing and Marketing
December 3rd - Asset Management
January 7th - DEI
February (TBD) - Lobbying 101/Day at the Capitol
March 4th - Budgeting and Accounting
April 1st - Building Systems/Fire and Life Safety
May 6th - Architectural Design
June 3rd - Golf Outing/Graduation
Held on the first Thursday of each month from Sept. - June. Dates & Times are subject to change. Lunch is provided.
