2025 Mpls Sign Regulation Review

Description

The city of Minneapolis is reviewing current sign code with an eye toward expanding opportunities for both on-premises and off-premises (billboards) signage in certain parts of downtown Minneapolis. The city is considering expansion of the downtown west billboard entertainment district, w/ same or different rules applied. They are also looking at up to 12th to include both sides of Hennepin and 1st Ave. Nicollet Mall could also be considered, or could be its own separate effort.  Join us as we learn more from city officials on this topic and how it could impact you.
