This RPA & FMA course elective will address the needs of property management professionals who function as or collaborate with asset managers. This power course evaluates financial performance, covers asset acquisition and divestment, and provides counsel for approaching distressed real estate-owned properties. 

Key areas of emphasis include formulating an asset management plan tailored to prevailing economic conditions, measuring financial and operational objectives, and implementing tenant retention and attraction strategies. The course consists of interactive modules to improve proficiency in assessing the financial performance of buildings.
