Shannon joined McGough Facility Management (MFM) in March 2011 and brings extensive experience in property management accounting and operations. As Business Operations Manager, she leads process improvement initiatives across all areas of MFM to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

In her role, Shannon partners with the Assistant General Manager on growth strategies and provides support to Facility and Property Managers on projects and client needs. She also serves as a backup point of contact for clients, ensuring continuity and responsiveness. Additionally, Shannon oversees workflow for the roving maintenance team and manages the MFM accounting team, supporting daily, monthly, and annual financial operations.
