Paul Dean

About

Paul began his career in 2004 in property management and gained valuable experience in facility operations while serving as Engineering Manager with Hines prior to joining Modern. 

He joined Modern in 2018 as a Project Manager and later assumed a Senior Project Management role, where he became a key contributor to Modern’s growth within the construction team. His project experience includes tenant improvement and direct-to-owner projects, leveraging his operational skills and background to create solutions and effectively manage projects for customers. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is a commercial HVAC and plumbing services company serving building owners and facility managers throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
