CEE's commercial energy efficiency team assists building owners and managers with saving energy and reducing operating costs. An implementer of Xcel Energy's Business Energy Assessment program (an extension of Xcel Energy's traditional recommissioning program), CEE engineers and expert energy advisors conduct studies to identify low- and -cost energy conservation opportunities and cost-effective capital improvements to optimize energy usage, reduce operating costs and increase Indoor Air Quality. CEE also administers Xcel Energy's One-Stop Efficiency Shop®, offering free, obligation assessments and specialized utility rebates for LED lighting and RTU efficiency upgrades as well as free smart thermostats to qualifying properties.
