About

Amy has over 23 years in the commercial real estate industry and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021.  Her property management experience includes office, retail, industrial and medical properties, with a specialty in Class A and B office buildings.  Her experience, technical expertise and friendly, personable manner all contribute to her success as a senior property manager.  Amy is on-site at Centennial Lakes Office Park and is responsible for the daily operations of the complex, which includes, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations and contract negotiations.
