Dave Wright recently retired as Vice President of Property Management for Newmark, a full-service international real estate services firm. While at Newmark, Dave was responsible for all property management activities for Newmark’s Minnesota region, as well as all business development initiatives.
Dave has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He spent 30 years with U. S. Bank as a senior leader in the Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Group where he held leadership roles in property management, asset management, project management and acquisitions and dispositions.
Dave has been a member of Greater Minneapolis BOMA since 1983. He is also an instructor in BOMI’s (Building Owners and Managers Institute) Real Property Administrator curriculum, where he has instructed classes for the last 10 years.
