Engineers - BOMA New Professionals (BNP) is a professional development program designed to accelerate the careers of building engineers new to the industry. Through focused education and peer networking in an approachable setting, participants gain practical knowledge, valuable industry connections, and a deeper understanding of how commercial properties are designed, built, and managed.

Participants join the broader BOMA New Professionals cohort for four sessions selected by BOMA's Engineers Council. Led by experienced industry professionals, each session provides real-world insights that can be applied immediately on the job while fostering connections with both fellow engineers and emerging property management professionals.
