DESCRIPTION:The Design\, Operation\, and Maintenance of Building Systems\, Part I provides information property and facilities managers will need to manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of building systems and to maximize building efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In this course\, you will learn about building design and construction\, project delivery\, construction materials\, and building systems\, including HVAC\, roofing\, and plumbing systems\, as well as ceilings\, flooring\, and interior walls. While at Newmark\, Dave was responsible for all property management activities for Newmark's Minnesota region\, as well as all business development initiatives. Dave has over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He spent 30 years with U. S. Bank as a senior leader in the Bank's Corporate Real Estate Group where he held leadership roles in property management\, asset management\, project management and acquisitions and dispositions. Dave has been a member of Greater Minneapolis BOMA since 1983. During his time with BOMA he has served on a variety of committees as well as being a past executive committee and board member.
