Join us for our annual January outlook that provides you with a market update from real estate brokers. It will include some metrics, big picture numbers (vacancy, asking rates, concessions, etc.) and their outlook for the coming year. Our discussion will include both the downtown and suburban updates to give you an overall picture of the market. 

In addition, there will be a panel discussion about sustainability and energy savings. Learn about new and existing requirements in these areas to ensure your property stays compliant. Understand ways that you can improve your properties sustainability efforts.
