Kicking off our event will be Minneapolis Downtown Council Pres/CEO Adam Duininck. Adam will share details about the new Downtown 2035 Plan on development and vitalization of downtown. 

Then, you can join us for an insightful session with the team leading the North Loop Project, where you'll receive the latest updates on this innovative mixed-use development that is connecting the North Loop with central downtown in remarkable ways. The team will share their insights on the real estate strategy, design elements, challenges faced, and market research that have shaped this project. Following the discussion, we invite you to take a tour of the space.
