Hour 1: Emergency Response Simulation

Kick off the event with an interactive Emergency Response Simulation led by experts from Proactive Response. Participants will experience a real-time, scenario-based exercise designed to build skills in handling crisis situations, from fires to security threats. Gain practical knowledge and practice immediate responses that can make all the difference when seconds count.

Hour 2: Protect & Prevent Panel

Following the simulation, join the Protect & Prevent Panel where industry leaders and public safety experts will discuss best practices for safeguarding your organization. Moderated by Erica Dao from Ryan Companies, the panel will feature:

Bryan Tyner, Minneapolis Fire Chief – Offering insights on fire safety, evacuation protocols, and emergency planning.

Dave Skinner, NTS Security Consultants – Sharing expertise on security risk assessments and preventive measures to secure your business.

Shane Zahn, DID – Addressing national security concerns and how to collaborate with Homeland Security to protect against large-scale threats.

City Center: 2nd Floor Conference Room

Getting there: 

  • Park in city center ramp and go to the skyway level. 
  • Enter classroom thru the glass doors across the hallway from Los Ocampo restaurant in the city center 
  • Uses QR code from email to enter through security entrance. If you cannot access the QR code, check in with the security guards.  They will have an attendee and presenter list and can let you through the security gates if needed. 
  • The classroom is to the right – look for the registration desk outside the room.
